Increase water intake (to calculate how much water your body needs to divide number of kilograms with 20 and get how many liters of water you need to drink per day. Breakfast (up to 9 hours): cereals or protein meal (germ, protein shakes or other healthy protein source),

Lunch (13.30): a small cup of cooked rice and 3 types of vegetables (1 each) prepared by steaming (avoid potatoes) and 1 or 2 Indian chapati,

Evening drink green tea without sugar and up to 17 hours or less a cup of sprouts fruits rich in fiber,

Dinner: eat 2 to 3 Indian chapati.

Day 4, 5 and 6: warm water with lemon juice and honey on an empty stomach (or green tea without sugar),

Breakfast (up to 9 hours): protein meal,

Lunch (13.30): 1 cup (250 ml) of boiled wheat, 1 Indian chapati and steamed vegetables or fresh chopped,

evening drink green tea without sugar and up to 17 hours 1 cup fresh chopped vegetables and two Indian chapati,

Dinner: eat too 1 cup fresh chopped vegetables and 1 Indian chapati.

Day 7, 8, 9 and 10: a cup of green tea without sugar,

Breakfast (up to 9 hours): protein meal,

Lunch (13.30): 1 cup (250 ml) of boiled wheat, two Indian chapati and 1 cup of fresh vegetables and up to 17 hours one less cup of sprouts or one less cup of fruits rich in fiber,

Dinner: eat a protein meal.

The recipe for a protein shake

It takes 120 ml skimmed milk, 120 ml soy milk, 3 tablespoons of oatmeal and vanilla extract (one to two drops).

All ingredients in blender and blend for 60 seconds – immediately drink, fresh.
