For this soup diet you need: 6 onion, medium size, 3 tomatoes, 1 small head of cabbage, 2 green peppers, 1 bunch celery, fresh herbs and a little salt and pepper.

Vegetables in the diet, day by day

The first day, with soup, eat fresh fruit but avoid bananas and grapes. The other day, in addition to soup, turn and vegetables (broccoli, spinach, peas, …) Avoid corn and beans. For dinner you can take a potato fried in a little olive oil.

The third day combine, in addition to soup, fruit and vegetables, and the fourth day to add some banana and yogurt.

The fifth day you are entitled to a bit of meat. Besides soups (that is, you concluded, required) make yourself a little chicken or beef (preferably cooked) and fresh tomato.
