“Strong” and “healthy” are not exactly the typical words that remind us of the model – with the exception of Cindy Crawford, whose recordings have sold an exercise in millions of copies.
This model has found a way how to feed healthy, and still eat chocolate.
“I grew up in the Midwest, where they eat meat and sometimes vegetables and a little cheese. I came to New York when I was 20 years old, and when I first alone decide what I will eat. Breakfast – protein shake with milk of almonds and coconut. Around 10:30 a half slice of bread from spelled
Lunch – salad, with or without protein. In the end, always eat a small piece of black chocolate. In my opinion, if you long for something and depriving ourselves of something, you will eventually eat five other things, but in the end it will again eat what you long for.
Brunch – for afternoon snack have some almonds, an apple and a slice of cheese, or hummus with celery. Brunch is always full of protein. I’m obsessing about time to have some food in the bag. I hate the thought that hunger was upon me, and I had nothing to eat, but a bunch of unhealthy foods offered around.
Dinner – for example, salmon and salad, and grilled asparagus. I drink an occasional nightcap, or tequila on the rocks. I do not like cocktails because it is always better if you do not feel your sugar intake.
